Start of training at BEKO TECHNOLOGIES – New horizons for the experts of tomorrow

Neuss, August 03, 2023 – With the official start of the new training year on August 01, 2023, BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is embarking on a decisive journey into the future. Seven dedicated trainees have been warmly welcomed in various departments.

“With great anticipation, we at BEKO TECHNOLOGIES look forward to the coming months of learning, working and progressing together. This significant stride opens up new perspectives and opportunities for both our trainees and the company itself,” emphasizes Lena Weißenfels, HR Business Partner. One particularly noteworthy addition is the introduction of the training profile “Electronics technician for devices and systems”. The expansion of the training program not only underlines the company’s commitment, but also highlights its clear focus on future challenges.

For the first time, a comprehensive introductory week was crafted to provide the new trainees with the best possible start. This week encompassed a range of pertinent information and activities, including an in-house rally, an introduction to the fundamentals of compressed air technology, a trainee etiquette workshop, and essential safety briefings. Basic MS Office training was also included in the curriculum.

“In light of the prevailing challenges posed by the shortage of skilled professionals, we take particular pride in successfully filling all training positions for this year. This enables us to educate so many professional fields in parallel as never before in the history of BEKO TECHNOLOGIES,” explains Thomas Seidel, Global Director Human Resource Management & Development. The array of apprenticeships, including roles such as industrial clerk, mechatronics technician, IT specialist for system integration, IT specialist for application development, electronics technician for devices and systems and warehouse specialist, demonstrates BEKO TECHNOLOGIES’ striving for diverse and future-oriented training.
